Rance Greene
Rance Greene founded needastory.com and the School of Story Design (schoolofstorydesign.com) for those who struggle with storytelling at work. His methodology – Story Design – gives leaders and L&D professionals a systematic and creative way to discover who their audience is and how to persuade them to take action on new ideas. He helps leadership teams, entrepreneurs and instructional designers discover that they are uniquely equipped to craft the right story for their audience. Rance is the author of Instructional Story Design, a practical guide for developing training stories. He often coaches, teaches, speaks and writes on the benefits of stories for connecting people to one another.
